Network Engineer, Senior (TS)

Location: Honolulu, HI
Salary: $110k
Relocation Assistance: Yes

Role:

A well-designed network is critical to move data and enable agencies to achieve their mission, but how can an organization make sure their network will fit their evolving needs? Crafting the right network, with the right equipment and software, requires a combination of technical skill and careful planning. That’s why we need you, a network engineer who knows how to craft the exact network the DoD needs.

As a network engineer on our team, you’ll help the DoD client evolve remote access networks to support national security systems (NSS). You’ll work with SMEs and Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) engineers to learn the strategic goals and operational needs that shape the network requirements. You’ll then plan the system design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network components. From resolving interoperability issues across platforms, to supporting the acquisition of hardware, you’ll put your hardware and software talents to good use. This is your chance to grow your skills in securing data-in-transit (DIT) and data-at-rest (DAR) for CSfC solutions while continuing to grow your network engineering experience. Join us as we help protect secure mobile infrastructure solutions.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

You’ll apply your expertise in routing and switching, integration of encryption gear, network design and architecture, system interoperability, IP engineering, network transport layers, multi-protocol label switching, gateway protocol, virtual routing, and forwarding as you join our team of problem-solvers to help the DoD evolve and deploy new capabilities and technologies.

At this IT Firm, we know our people are what propel us forward, and we value relationships most of all. Here, we’ve compiled a list of resources, so you’ll know what to expect as we forge a connection with you during your journey as a candidate with us.
